Easy Cloning Method

Cloning your fruiting plants can be beneficial in many ways. First you get a plant that you know exactly how it responds and how to treat it. Secondly you will never need to purchase that plant ever again. Most people think it is very difficult to clone a plant and they are completely wrong. There is just a lot of misunderstanding out in the world on how to clone a plant. Most people consider plant cuttings very fragile which is the farthest thing from the truth. There are many products out there from rooting gels to humidity domes and starter cubes out there that you just don't need.

I do my cloning indoors; I purchase a small fluorescent light to use as a grow light. I just use an outdoor light fixture and a 20 watt bulb. I leave the light on 24 hours a day so there is no need for a timer. You are also going to need to purchase a small Rubbermaid container which is a bit deeper than a pencil length, same width and about a foot long. You can use bigger containers if you want to make a large amount of clones. Also stop by your local aquarium store and purchase a small air pump, an air wand that will fit on the bottom of your container and aquarium glue. You can purchase all of this for 20-30 dollars.

Now take the air wand and fix it to the bottom of the container with the aquarium glue. You can try other types of glue but I have found that aquarium glue holds the best. Now drill a small hole in the corner of the Rubbermaid lid to run an air line from the air pump to the air wand. Also drill four holes in the lid above the air wand to stick in the cuttings off of your plant. Now fill the container up full with water and place the lid back on. The container should be full of air bubbles.

Now take a cut of a branch of your plant that is young but has developed mature leaves. Should be about 2/3 the size of a pen. When you take the cut use a sterile pair of scissors. You can due this by placing a flame to your blade. Also make sure it is a sharp pair that makes a quick easy cut. Now just place the cutting through the holes that you drilled and make sure the top of the plant stays out of the water. Now leave it alone, in about a week you should see white roots coming from the cutting. Wait until there is multiple shootings of roots that are at least an inch long to use the cutting. Some plants will take up to 3 weeks to show roots. Once your cutting is ready place it in whatever growing medium you use. Just take it easy and let it adapt to its new surroundings for the first week and then treat it as normal.

I get about 90 percent success ratings with this method. I always take one or two more clones than I will need and throw out the ones that don't look as healthy. There are many of other ways to produce clones but I have tried plenty and this works best for me.

So, if Christ were leading His church, what would that look like? My answer to this is... I don't know. Or at least I don't know from watching this play out before my fleshly eyes. This is the honest answer for anyone whose primary idea of "church" has been a building, a paid pastor and all the usual, western fixin's.

If your idea of church is not these things and yet you're still taking part in these things, then why? Maybe you know better... or maybe you're fooling yourself into thinking you know better. I'll believe you when you say "I know better" as soon as you start acting better.

But God's Spirit will lead us into freedom.

The first step toward freedom and obedience is to take care of our unfinished business with the Almighty. When our consciences are clear before God, then we will be free to confront any life-circumstance.

The same quality of freedom applies to God's people despite all the hardship or opposition that the world can assemble against us. Our successfulness or lack thereof is not ours to measure. It is our place to obey Christ directly and then trust Him to work out the end product of these things.

If we belong to Christ, then it is fitting that we should stumble around and fail miserably every time we try to live apart from Him.

Direct article marketing has changed. When you first started your article marketing maybe you were like me, and didn't know much about website optimization and promotion to increase web page traffic and key words for articles marketing. Article marketing rules change, so it's a lot of research to stay on top of which key words are best for each article. Since you don't want to make some of the mistakes I made early on, use my experience to update your article marketing now.

In the Beginning

Nine years ago, I learned about article marketing. I wrote business books and wanted to market them a natural way. I learned from a techie mentor how to submit them. And, my titles were good so they got my website in the first page of Google rankings. With "bookcoaching" I'm still number one. I submitted 20 articles to many sites, and within one month, was listed on 900 websites. As my articles grew to over 240, I was listed on 120,000 sites and more each two weeks. article marketing is viral marketing at its best.

Being Consistent Makes a Difference.

As long as I pumped good how to, educational articles out there, my Google status was great. When I took a year sabbatical from article marketing, my placement dropped accordingly. And today, I'm back at it full steam ahead. But since new rules and Web 2. 0 changes, Today, I'm editing most of my articles and all of my article writing and submitting books to help my clients get more webpage traffic.

Key Words for Article Optimization

I started using Google Trends and put at least 10 keywords into those first article submitted to HubPages. I turned into a key word junkie!. I wove those key words into the copy with ease. Talk about overkill and clouded judgment. I didn't realize my errors until my webmaster corrected me. We went back to optimize all the earlier titles so Google would love them.

Better Article Key Word Research

Then, using the free Google Keyword Tool. I learned how to comb through a general key word phrase, turn those into the long tailed low-competition specific key words people Google. We incorporate them into article titles and first lines of the article. With this method, you only use 3 keyword phrases in the whole article, after you do your key word research Now, my articles earn me a seat at the Big Boy's table--my website URL went to top positions in Google page ranking.

We tested the main key word phrases at Google Tools to see which phrase would get us the most action. We checked the monthly searches for each key word phrase and noticed higher is better such as 300+ and with # results on the web through putting the phrase in quotes and Googling it, that lower is better such as -3000. Thus, the higher ratio is better such as over .100+. The ratio is best at over .1.

Today, the Goal is Balance Between the Best Long tailed Keywords and the Title that Will Attract Readers.

Prosperity and Law of Attraction

Prosperity and the Law of Attraction work hand in hand to create abundance in your life. You cannot separate one from the other. If you are creating prosperity in your life, then you are using the Law of Attraction to become prosperous even if you are not consciously aware you are doing this!

This is not about another marketing scheme that the Internet is littered with nor is this a lot of hard laborious work. Although found within some religious teachings, creating prosperity with the Law of Attraction is not religious but more spiritual in nature.

The Law of Attraction can be explained in science and metaphysical teachings alike. This law is a principle that we use all of the time, whether we are aware of this action taking place or not.

What we hold in our consciousness is broadcast to the universal consciousness returning to us what we send out. We cannot hold onto our thoughts without releasing them. Our thoughts are action events that are made up of vibrational waves of energy that reach out for the return. In this way, we are creating our own reality.

When we are focused in a life of being needy and poor, a life of scarcity, we are sending this vibrational signal the universal consciousness sends back to us. If we are living in a positive state, we send out signals that resonate on a higher frequency that the universe answers on that frequency. Our return is abundance, more of what makes us live a prosperous life.

The Law of Attraction is well documented within science. It is a very real theory that has been proven to not only exist, but work to create our reality. There is more detailed evidence available, within the scientific documentation of quantum physics, but this direct explanation is all that anyone needs in order to wrap our minds around for now.

Prosperity is a mind set action. It begins in the mind as a thought. Prosperity can be defined as wealth, abundance, rich, money, fulfillment and much more. It does not matter if you focus on the word "prosperity" or another word "wealthy in order to realize a state of being prosperous. It is the positive, focused mindset that makes the difference between its opposite, "scarcity".

It might help to realize that there is no real scarcity, except that of your belief system. If you do not believe you can be prosperous, then you will experience scarcity. These are states of mind that the Law of Attraction engages for us, returning to us our state of mind as the return.

Accepting prosperity is excepting our gifts we deserve. We all deserve to be prosperous, living our lives abundantly. This is a God given certainty. Sometimes we don't believe we deserve the good things in life for various reasons. This is not because the Universal Consciousness told us we were undeserving of abundance. These ideas of scarcity and not being deserving come from us. This is what we tell ourselves when we are experiencing a life that is unworthy of us to live.

We might have been taught that we did not deserve a good life, yet we are the ones that keep this idea alive when we drag this past into the present, living our lives this way.

It is up to us to let go of the negative focus and embrace the positive. We all deserve to be happy and prosperous. Prosperity is not reserved for a few as some secret they found. In fact, keeping a secret like the Law of Attraction having the power to bring prosperity is not a possibility. Like attracts like. Start creating a state of mind that reflects abundance and you will start living the life of prosperity.

Thoughts and Feelings Form Our Reality

It's hard to imagine that your thoughts can create your reality, what you see and how you feel on a daily basis. Let me give you an example of what I'm talking about. Everyone that will reads this article has had an experience of someone become upset with them, at least once during your lifetime. Everyone will react to these situations in different ways.

The most common reaction to this situation will be fear-based. You will get upset with them or with yourself. This could lead to frustration and uncomfortable feelings, the next time you interact with them. Your thoughts have created your reality. They become upset with you, you become frustrated and this feeling lasts until your thoughts change.

Let's say that someone got mad at you because you wouldn't loan them $25. They needed to put gas in their car in order for them to make it to work the rest of the week. They were going to get paid on Friday but it was only Wednesday and they were out of money. You tell them no, because they can't manage their money correctly. You don't have a problem managing your money but every time they're short of money, they treat you like their personal credit line, and you're tired of it.

You get into a shouting match and soon both of you are upset and frustrated. Each one of your thoughts are different. One you just wants $25 to solve a temporary problem (you need gas to get to work) the other person is tired of loaning you money on a regular basis and is frustrated with your continuing requests for money, even though they have repeatedly told you, that you need to do a better job managing your money.

Each one of your realities is different. Each one of you has a perception of the other and these have formed over the years by our thoughts. If you focus on the illusion that someone can't manage their money properly, this will become a reality eventually. Every time you see this person buy a soda, go out to eat or buy something frivolous, you will become upset and frustrated. The closer these people are to you, the more frustrated you can become.

If we could change our thinking, we can change our reality and eventually this would lead to better feelings about life and other people. Change your thoughts about things and soon the things around you will change.

Many people are choosing to improve their own homes rather than selling them. Improving your home's exterior, for example, can improve your home's value and actually be a fun home renovation project.

There are many ways to improve a home's exterior. New gutters, window trims, and siding are all seemingly small details, but they can dramatically change your home's appearance. If you don't have the answers to any of your plannig questions, get the answers before you start. There is no shortage of help. Home improvement stores, building contractors, the internet and even local community colleges all can be fonts of information for you. They may have tips that you never even considered that can help you save time and money or make your work more professional looking.

When planning out your project, be sure to plan enough time so you can go one section, one step at a time. Don't proceed to the next step until you are done with the current one. If you have a limited amount of ladders, plan things out so you do one side of the building at a time, so you don't have to move the ladder back and forth, wasting time in the process.

Also, try to have a backup plan. If you plan to paint a certain day, what if it rains? Is there a part of the project you could do instead?

Is Jesus the Only Way to Heaven? - The Good People Get to Go to Heaven Also

I found a website that was recommended to me and it had the comment, is Jesus the only way to heaven at, Gotquestions, seems like your typical Christian website that replies with biblical quotes and simple to follow information. If I was lost, they will help me find a way. There's even a button at the bottom that states, I have accepted Christ today. I guess if I was to push that button, I get to go to heaven and be with Jesus. Hard to imagine, avoiding a life of burning in hell could be as simple as pushing a button and uttering a few simple words.

I found this question and began reading their comment. The first comment is from somebody answering as a nonbeliever in Christianity. It states something like, if I'm basically a good person and live a moral life, I get to go to heaven, right, only the bad people like murderers go to hell.

Now the answer that the website gives, seems to create fear if you do not belong to Christianity and provide you with hope if you join the group.

It mentioned Satan as the ruler of the world, and he can plant these thoughts into your head if you're not a Christian. He also controls your mind and let's you believe, that it would only make sense to any rational person, they get to go to heaven if they're good.

Now this is what makes sense to me but according to this information, I am doomed to rot in hell for eternity, even if I am a pretty good person. All I have to do is accept Christ as God and I get to go to heaven. That seems pretty easy and I wonder why more people don't do it. Just push the button.

I wonder if Satan is controlling, non-Christians minds and that's why there's brutality and war throughout the world. If everyone was a Christian, would our world be better.

Here's a quote from Wikipedia The Crusades were a series of religion-driven military campaigns waged by much of Christian Europe against external and internal opponents. Crusades were fought mainly against Muslims, though campaigns were also directed against pagan Slavs, Jews, Russian and Greek Orthodox Christians, Mongols, Cathars, Hussites, Waldensians, Old Prussians, and political enemies of the popes.

These Christian Crusades killed thousands of people. To give you an idea how many people were killed, all I had to do was type the word crusades into a search engine and it took me to the Christian Crusades.

I guess that rules that out, it seems like the Christians a long time ago were pretty aggressive towards their enemies, I wonder if most Christians would refer to these people as enemies today or are they just being controlled by Satan. Do these Christians from the Crusades get to go to heaven? If people like this get to go to heaven, may be hell is a better place anyway.

Does opportunity knock or are we receptive to the opportunities which have been there, but we did not consciously connect with them before.

Youre ready to put your home or land (house, townhouse, condo, apartment, farm, ranch, finished lot, raw land, etc.) on the market as a FSBO (for sale by owner). Youve priced your property appropriately and gotten it ready to show. How are you going to market it so that it gets exposure to enough potential buyers to actually sell?

Signs

In some parts of the county, the real estate market is so hot that you need do little more than buy a for sale by owner sign at the nearest hardware store. Simply put it in a prominent position on the front of your house and stand back.

In other areas, a great deal more marketing is needed, but a for sale by owner sign is a good place to start. Directional signs (home for sale with an arrow) at intersections leading the way to your property are useful, too, if your location lends itself to that.

Classified Ads

A classified ad in your local newspaper is a good idea and is generally not expensive. A short ad repeated a number of times is apt to be more effective than a long ad run once, or only a few, times.

Bulletin Boards/Posters

Are there bulletin boards where you work? In neighborhood shops and restaurants? At your church? Brochures

Brochures or one-page flyers can also be a useful method for marketing your home. You can use the same one you made for bulletin boards or you can expand on it a bit. Use more photos, have captions under them identifying the rooms, garden areas, tennis court, community club, pool and other benefits to buying your home.

There are several things you can do to get your brochures in front of the public. You can buy a brochure holder (typically, a plastic box with a hinged lid on a stick which gets planted in the ground near the curb in front of your home) from the hardware store. Plant it in a prominent place in front of your home and keep it stocked with brochures.

Dont get annoyed when noisy neighbors pick up your brochures. Your neighbors can afford homes priced similarly to yours. They probably have family and friends whom theyd enjoy as neighbors who can afford this price range, too. Smile when you see a neighbor picking up a brochure; another marketing ambassador is on its way.

Also keep a supply of brochures in your home to give to prospective buyers who come to look at it. People looking for a new home usually look at a more than one property, and can get overwhelmed with too many properties. Is this the one with the built-in book cases or was it the one across town? The house whose best features go with them via a brochure with color photos and salient information is memorable. Buyers tend to write contract offers on properties they remember and can visualize.

Buy That House - The Fix-up Loan

Have you been looking for a house for some time now, but you have not found the one that is just right for you?

It could be for any number of reasons that the houses that you are seeing do not meet your requirements.

The layout is all wrong; The kitchen cabinets and counters are old and warped; The baths were in style back in 1945; You would be embarrassed to bring your friends and family to the place; The windows are of the old and energy wasting single pane variety; The furnace looks like the space capsule; The hardwood floors would be nice if they were sanded and buffed; The walls need to be painted after you scrub off years worth of cigarette deposits; The basement is dark, damp, and downright spooky;... And, yes, unfortunately, the list can go on and on. Certainly, you do not want to buy someone else's problems related to their lack of maintenance or a house styled to their preferences in design. Who has the time or the money to deal with these issues?

But wait. There may be a solution. You may be able to get a house, which meets your wants, needs, and desires. You may be able to have a house that is within your budget. You may be able to overcome the problems, which were created by these neglectful homeowners.

Indeed, you may be able to meet your objectives and at the same time actually purchase one of these homes, which have just left you disappointed and wanting for more.

The solution: The FHA 203K loan. Basically, this loan will allow you to purchase one of these less than desirable homes, fix it up, and still stay within the values for homes in that particular neighborhood within which you are looking.

Here are some general statements about using this type of loan:

First, if you purchase one of these homes, then you can expect the price to be lower, than if the house were in good condition. The appraiser will definitely consider the value to be lower than the better houses. So a house that has the potential to be worth $200,000, for example, could be purchased for let's say $100,000 or a number, which reflects the amount of work, which is needed. Second, the work which needs to be done, in order to actually qualify for an FHA loan, plus the work, which you would like to have done to make the home your own is determined. Let us say for our example that the cost of this work would be $75,000. Notice that the total of the purchase price and the fix up cost are $175,000 rather than $200,000. Typically, one can expect to pay less than the nice house price, because there are very few buyers if any who will want to take on this endeavor without some profit or equity involved. However, even if there were no equity at the completion of the project, remember that your other objective was to have a house, which meets your requirements. The basic steps to purchase a home by this method are as follows:

Work with your lender to determine the amount of house that you can afford and payments, which would be in your comfort range. With this information, you can determine the price range for homes that you can afford;

Work with your Real Estate Agent to find a property. Even if you are using a FHA 203K loan, you will still want to look in the neighborhood of your choice, look for houses, which have sufficient living area for your needs, and are within the cost and value parameters, which were established with you and your lender. It is important that your Real Estate Agent have some knowledge, although they do not have to be an expert, of the cost of various home improvement projects;

When you find a house that will meet your requirements, prepare an offer to purchase. The offer must state that you will be using an FHA 203K loan. There should be a feasibility contingency which is to determine the full scope and cost of the repairs;

Once, you have a ratified contract, you will start your feasibility study. This step may require several experts. These experts will be perform the following activities:

- 203K HUD Consultant: Walk-through with a visual inspection to determine if the property has any chance of meeting the cost requirements. If the numbers do not work, then the contract should be terminated at that point.

- Home Inspector: An inspector will look at things in more detail than, the 203K Consultant. For instance, the inspector will pull the electric panel and examine for any not to code, unsafe, or outdated wiring. If the inspection uncovers problems, which were beyond your original repair estimates, then you may need to recalculate to determine if the numbers can still be managed. If not, then the contract should be terminated;

- 203K HUD Consultant / General Contractor: Return to the property for a more detailed examination. At this time, he will prepare a report, which itemizes, with costs, those things, which will be done. It may be worthwhile to bring your Contractor with you for this visit. It is your Contractor who will need to agree to the pricing that goes onto the 203K HUD Consultant's report;

- FHA Appraiser: The appraiser will look at value in two ways, one the value of the property in its current condition, and two, the value of the property in its fixed up condition. Also, the appraiser will make certain that the report from the 203K HUD Consultant includes conditions related to Minimum Property Condition Standards;

- Termite Inspector: FHA will probably require a termite certification, but the termite inspection is not necessarily needed upfront. Between the FHA 203K HUD consultant and the Home Inspector, you should get a good idea as to whether this should be done upfront or not.

- Lender: The Lender will review the report from the FHA 203K HUD Consultant to assure that all of the numbers still work. If so they will process the paperwork.

If everything is still within budget after all of the inspections and appraisals, then the deal will go to settlement and the Buyer will take over ownership of the property. Notice that it is still the house, which needs work.

Per the terms of the 203K Loan, the work must be completed within 6 months and should be overseen by a General Contractor. Also, it is preferable that any work that is to be done be by licensed contractors, however, it is possible for the Buyer to perform some work such as painting, although it is under the eye of the General Contractor.

The General Contractor should understand that he does not get paid upfront. He gets paid in phases after various stages of the work are completed. As each stage is completed, The FHA 203K HUD Consultant and the Buyer examine it and then sign off if it is okay before the General Contractor gets his money.

The Buyer cannot move into the house until the house meets occupancy requirements. It is possible that, depending upon the improvements, the Buyer can move in from the start or possibly not until the project is complete.

The loan amount is based upon the purchase price plus the cost of the estimated repair costs, as prepared by the FHA 203K HUD Consultant. If the actual cost is less than estimated, then it increases the equity, but does not reduce the payment.

Since some degrees of repair will preclude the Buyer from moving in to the property right away, the FHA 203K Loan has a provision, whereby up to 6 months of payments can be financed right into the loan. With this feature, a Buyer is not paying for rent and a mortgage payment at the same time.

This is the basic procedure for a FHA 203K Loan. Of course, there are other details and the procedure could deviate on any given deal.

There are also two types of irrigation methods: subirrigation and top irrigation. Subirrigation involves the nutrient solution being pumped into the medium solution at regular intervals and draining all the way through the medium and back into a reservoir. Thus, the solution passes completely through the medium. This involves the use of a simple timer and keeps the medium flushed with nutrients and air. Top irrigation is accomplished by applying the nutrients only to the surface of the medium.

With all this information, hydroponic gardening may sound complicated, but in reality, it isn't. Many former plant killers are having great success with it and love it because it doesnt use soil. With the use of a grow light, plants can be grown anywhere even your garage and the plants generally yield higher amounts of produce.
